Sunset Carrot-Ginger Salad
A crunchy and refreshing side of matchstick carrots, tossed in a zesty dressing made from pulverized pickled ginger. Served in a coconut shell for easy carry.
"Ema Datshi" Kwehso Dip
(A recipe inspired by a traditional soup from the Azim Steppe)
A colorful variety of stewed Thavnarian chilis, dragon pepper and crimson peppers harmonize with soft dzo cheese and rich fermented butter to create a creamy, boldly peppery and flavorful dip for baked pita chips.
Turban Ceviche
A briny horned turban conch, barely kissed with heat on the grill and then marinated in tangy citrus juices, sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine, mixed with crunchy daikon radish, grated jhammel ginger and thinly sliced green onions. Served chilled and refreshing in its shell.
King Crab Cake
Bite-sized patties of lump Spiny Crab meat, seasoned with Thavnarian spices, gently folded into breadcrumbs, eggwashed, then fried in perilla oil. Served with Stewed Fruit Chutney.

Hamsa Bunny Chow
Thavnair's most beloved curry, filled with diced breast of well-pampered hamsa, cooked in coconut milk with a paste made from a plethora of market spices. Served in hollowed-out bread loaf for portability as you peruse the market.
Sil'dihn Subterrane Raptor Shank Shawarma
Layers of Ruins Runner Raptor meat, spiced in a mixture of cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric and paprika, then stacked upon a rotisserie spit & carved to-order.
Served in a flatbread wrap with garlic sauce and thinly-sliced onions, peppers and cucumbers doused in vinegar.
Cocktrice Köfte Miq'abob
Radz-a-Hanout seasoned meatballs made with ground Dravanian cockatrice thigh, served on skewers with mint-cilantro yogurt sauce.

A sweet and mellow steamed pudding made from pureed persimmons, gyr abanian wheat flour, gagana egg and cinnamon. Dusted with nutmeg.
Gajar ka Halwa
A pudding made from shredded carrots slowly cooked in sweetened cardamom milk, studded with golden sultanas & topped with almond slivers
